AESTHETIC SURGERY FEE PAYMENT POLICY
The Surgery Fee quote is valid for 3 months from the quote date.
NON-REFUNDABLE Scheduling and Booking Deposit Fee
To schedule your surgery and reserve a surgical date, we require a 10% deposit of the total quoted surgical cost. The surgery scheduling fee will be deducted from your total surgery fees.
The balance of your Surgery Fee is due no later than 14 days prior to your surgery date.
Reserved operating time may not be held and is subject to release if full payment is not received two weeks prior to the surgery date.

£150.00 (Your £150.00 Consultation Is Credited When Booking Your Procedure)

Your surgery includes a 6 months surgical coverage for emergency procedures. Your fee does not include any revisions and or procedures after 6 months.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Consultations / surgeon appointments
Consultations with relevant practitioners may carry a consultation fee. Upon booking a consultation, if you subsequently decide to reschedule that date, an administration fee may apply. In cases where a patient reschedules or cancels their booked consultation giving:
- More than 7-Days’ notice – No Charge
- Less than 7-Day notice – an administration fee of £100
- Non-Attendance without notice – an administration fee of £100
- These fees will be deducted from any payments already made by the patient or added to the cost of any rescheduled consultation.
NOTE: All new consultation patients will receive their online medical assessment form before their appointment date. Medical Assessments must be completed and submitted no less than 72- hours before their appointment time. Failure to submit your Medical Assessment with 72-hour of your appointment may result in cancellation of your
appointment.
PROCEDURES (SURGERY) If your confirmation of surgery is made or confirmed less than 14 days before your proposed date of surgery, the terms mentioned below remain applicable. Upon paying your deposit amount to confirm your surgery date, if there is a reschedule to that date, a rescheduling administration fee will apply. In cases where you reschedule your booked date for surgery giving up to:
- 14 days or more notice – the administration fee is £250.00
- 13 days to 3 days’ notice – the administration fee is £400.00
- 72 Hours or less – the administration fee is £950.00
- These fees will be added to the total operation fee and will be payable prior to surgery. Please note: This policy is not affected by Professor Marcos Sforza’s 14 days “cooling off period”.
- If you subsequently cancel rescheduled surgery, then Professor Marcos Sforza’s refund policy will be applied based on the rescheduled period in both rescheduled and cancelled dates.
- If you reschedule your surgery more than once, the full balance of your surgery will be payable upon any subsequent confirmation of a rescheduled date.

- Less than 7-Days’ notice – an administration fee of £100

- These fees will be deducted from any payments already made by the patient or added to the cost of any rescheduled consultation.
- Previously cancelled consultations and subsequently new appointment bookings are non- refundable, once confirmed.

Procedures (Surgery)
If you cancel your surgery, or due to late payments, your procedure has been cancelled by us, any consultations fees are non-refundable. We will also charge or retain the following administration costs if cancellation is within the following time periods: If cancellation of your surgery is:
- 14 days or more before surgery – £400.00
- 13 to 7 days before surgery – £950.00
- 6 days up to and including the start time of the surgery – 100% cost of your surgery.
Post-Operative Care
A cost of £50.00 will be payable if you fail to attend any of your appointments without giving notice before the appointment time.
